FTA has reminded Resident Judicial Persons with licences issued in June to submit their Corporate Tax applications by August 31, 2024, regardless of the year of issuance.

The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) continues to implement educational events and programmes, targeting various groups and entities involved in the application of Corporate Tax, as part of the second phase of its comprehensive campaign to promote awareness of Corporate Tax among business sectors.

With the EmaraTax app from the Federal Tax Authority, you can access up to 15 corporate tax services, including registering for the tax. In addition to updating registration data, de-registering, managing accounts, and updating banking information, users can also use it to change their registration information.

According to the FTA, the guide explains and provides instructions for natural persons making income in the UAE in a "comprehensive and simplified" manner.
